AA Breakdown have international schemes in both Europe and North America – which can help you 'save up to the cost of your membership'. With AA Breakdown breakdown cover you purchase only the coverage that suits you best, without wasting money on expensive options that you'll never use. Choose from different plans that include:
- AA Roadside – Help more than ¼ mile from your home. If your car can´t be fixed by the road, AA Breakdown take you and your car home or to the nearest garage (whichever is nearer at the time), and AA provide you with a courtesy car for 24 hours.
- AA Relay – If AA can't arrange a prompt repair, AA Breakdown transport you, your car and up to seven passengers home, or to any mainland UK destination.
- AA Home Start – Assistance at home, or within ¼ mile of it.
- AA Relay Plus – If you're away from home, AA Breakdown provide a replacement car for up to 48 hours, or overnight accommodation, or onward travel if a local repair isn't possible.
With AA Breakdown you're covered, not the car. This means you are covered in any vehicle, whether you're the driver or a passenger. You can extend this same protection to your partner and family. As a member of AA Breakdown, you are entitled to discounts on many other products and services AA Breakdown provides. When you renew AA will send you a special booklet which contains details of the preferential prices for these important services. AA Breakdown have also teamed up with a number of other organisations to bring you a range of great motoring-related money-saving offers. The free booklet contains details of how you can take advantage of them.
There are four different levels of AA cover: AA Breakdown Cover Options 100 to 400.
