Postal returns Simply pack the item securely, enclosing the completed returns form, affix the postage pre paid returns label and take the parcel to any Post Office. * In the interests of hygiene, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty: i) Pierced jewellery - we are unable to refund or exchange any pierced jewellery. ii) Ladies and mens briefs that are not in their original packaging. iii) Cosmetics and toiletries: We accept returns if they are in a saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging, supported by valid proof of purchase for exchange or refund.
